Changes In Ireland Work Permit Introduced To Ease Shortages

In Ireland, there has been changes in the existing regulations which have been welcomed. This particular step would ensure overseas individuals to get Ireland work visas in an much easier manner.

The reason for introduction of changes in Employment permit regulations 2015 were  due to shortage of skills  in varied industries, especially the IT sector.

On Tuesday, the legislation which was amended,  has come into force, which does permit the expansion of occupation which are eligible to get Ireland employment permits and it does include IT engineers, Telecommunications engineers, mobility instructors who are visually impaired, meat boners and chiropractors.

We find, occupation which are presently not eligible to apply and get work permit has been amended to include managers for graphic design, betting shop, plant hire, production managers, housing, estate manager and  dispensing opticians.
