UK Visa Change Benefits Domestic Workers From India

UK government has successfully introduced a vital clause in the current slavery bill during this week in the House. The new clause would beneficial to workers from India and other nations, who come to the UK along with their employers for the purpose of employment and experience abuse.

According to the new bill, domestic employees from India and other nations who are facing abuse can change their employers. So far, foreign employees in UK were tied to their employers after the new laws are introduced since April 2012, barred to change of employment in the UK. A majority of employers who bring their native workers to the UK are from India.

With the launch of new law, the present existing rule has been amended and foreign employees especially from India will now be able to change their employers.

The new clause introduced in the bill enables native employees to change their employers, which means that they can break out from rude employment without fear of breaking the UK immigration rules.

This new clause would be extremely beneficial to Indian employees who are residing as well as working in the UK and suffering abusing.
