The 20th Commonwealth Games, an international multi-sport event, will be hosted by Glasgow. The Games involves athletes from 71 Commonwealth territories and nations. Featuring 17 sports over the 11 days of competition including 261 medal events, the Games will be conducted from 23rd July to 3rd August, 2014. 6,500 athletes and officials will descend on Glasgow with a million tickets available for sale, and 15,000 volunteers supporting the event.

1. A valid Passport
2. An accreditation pass from the Glasgow 2014 Organizing Committee
3. Provided your Biometric Information before traveling.
This section can be applied to Visit UK till 3rd September, 2014. A person who wants to get an accreditation pass, needs to submit his/her Biometric Information by 16th May, 2014 at the latest. The biometric enrollment process involves providing scans of fingers and a facial photograph.
