There is a huge demand for skilled IT workers in New Zealand throughout the range of Information Technologies. But, smart business aspirants with skilled technologies are most desired in present market of New Zealand.
As per recent report, IT professionals with business intelligence are very less in market and it is very complex to identify business analysts and solution architects for big IT projects.
A HR expert declared that the task of finding IT professionals with business smartness is a tough job. Current IT industries are in need of professionals who have knowledge of both in order to construct the gap between business and IT.
Presently, most of IT industries require professionals who can adopt multiple skills and industry specific frameworks. There is a great demand for professionals who are willing to learn industry frameworks quickly in IT companies.
From the statements of several industrialists, it is drawn that they are looking for skilled professionals who can handle technologies and industry specific frameworks as well.
It has been always noticed that New Zealand has great demand for java developers, software engineers, and testers in IT industry. Along with these roles, companies also need business analysts, support staff and project managers to supplement the business growth.
Last year, there was a requirement of 900 IT roles in all IT industries across New Zealand. Among which 400 IT roles were filled last year and 500 were left. These unfilled positions are needed to be filled in this year through Skilled Migrants Program.
