Overview

Applicants who want to join their spouse/parents/siblings need to apply as dependents to migrate to Portugal.

Documents Required

• Valid passport (Validity shall extend at least 4 months from the intended date of departure from India)
• Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) not old than 3 months
• Overseas travel medical insurance
• Proof of financial resources
• Original Marriage Certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriages (if spouse)
• Original Birth Certificate issued and signed by the Registrar of Births and Deaths (if children)

Note: Both marriage and birth certificates need to be stamped by the Apostille of Hague, issued by Ministry of External Affairs of India
