The following are eligible for Singapore Permanent Resident Visa

• Foreign professionals who are holding on to an Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass, EntrePass, S-Pass
• Spouse and unmarried children (below 21 years old) of Singapore Permanent Resident holders / Singapore Citizens
• Aged Parents of a Singapore Citizen
• Foreign investors/entrepreneurs who are willing to invest $2.5 million in Singapore and with solid business background
• Foreign investors willing to invest $10 million in Singapore with $20 million Net Asset

Below is a list of documents required for Skilled Migration Permanent Resident: - 

• Completed Form 4A (1 copy with original signature)
• 2 passport photo with each of the following formats
• Current Employer’s information (Annex A) to be duly completed-  
• 1 CLEAR copy of applicant’s passport particulars / bio-data page with at least 7 months of validity
