Singapore Social Visit Pass

Effective from April 1^st, 2009 onwards the Singapore High Commission has stopped accepting individual walk-in applications. All applications have to be submitted through electronic visa (e-Visa) application system. This allows online processing of visa application faster and smoother.

Applications have to be visa authorised visa agents only. Applicants can get their e-Visa printed online by the authorised visa agents.

Local sponsor in Singapore (with a Singpass account) can also submit their family/relatives/friends application online on their behalf.

Overview

Indian nationals are required to apply for visa to enter Singapore except for Indians holding official and diplomatic passport.

With effect from 1st April 2009, the Singapore High Commission no longer accepts individual walk-in applications. All applications would be submitted via a new electronic visa (e-Visa) application system that allows visas to be processed online.

Documents Required

• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of departure from Singapore
• Letter of Introduction may be issued by a local contact in Singapore/In-Principal Approval Letter/Letter of Guarantee from Shipping Agent/Company Invitation Letter/Employment Letter/Residential Proof etc
• Local contact's Singapore Identity Card ( original and photocopy )
• Sufficient Funds

Visa Fee & Processing Time

The visa processing fee for each application is S$30.

Disclaimer: Visa fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or if you withdraw the application after submission. Visa fee is subjected to change without prior notice.

Visa processing time is 10-15 days after submission of application.
