How can we balance the work life and personal life in Finland ?

Finland is known for having a high participation rate of both men and women in working life.Altogether, 78 percent of men and 73 percent of women work.However, family life is highly valued in Finland, although the concept of family is becoming increasingly elastic. National holidays are often spent and celebrated within the family.

Moving to Finland along with family is best option.
