123rd Express Entry Draw: Issued 3,600 Invitations To Apply For Canada PR

Canada immigration officials exceeded 50,000 Invitations to Apply for Canada PR in the year 2019, inviting 3,600 applicants in the latest Express Entry draw.

The Express Entry draw held on 12 August 2019 observed that candidates need a minimum score of 466 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System, seven points higher than the prior draw conducted on 24 July 2019.

It was the third continuous draw in which 3,600 Invitations have been announced. Officials have now invited 52,600 applicants in 2019, upon a high-skilled immigration admission goal of 81,400.

IRCC burst the record for yearly Federal Express Entry ITAs in 2018 which has issued 89,800 ITAs.

This draw witnessed the tie-breaking rule executed on 6 August 2019 at 8.14am EST. If more than one appellant had the minimum score of CRS, only those who presented their Express Entry profiles prior to this date and time obtained invitations.

This was the 16th invitations round below Federal Express Entry in 2019, and it was 123rd draw from the launching of Express Entry.
