So far B.C. has given out 806 invitations to apply to Skills Immigration BC and Express Entry BC applicants in the year 2020.
The BC PNP Tech Pilot is a priority initiative that promotes economic development and supports the tech sector to recruit top foreign talent, a spokesperson from B.C.’s ministry of economic development said that we promote the tech sector’s continued growth by weekly draws.

The BC Tech Pilot was started in the year 2017 to provide the tech sector in B.C. with the ability to bring and hold international talent. This was because demand in the tech sector was continuously growing. The initiative was prolonged to Jun 2020.
