Japan Government is planning to attract foreign nationals with expertise in Ski diving instructors, to boost the tourism industry. The country has plans to revamp the skiing industry which is declining over the past few years.
The relaxation of the Visa requirements is to attract a number of foreign instructors; it prevents the international skiing instructors to take illegal routes to enter the Japan.
According to the news from the Japan’s Justice Ministry, granting of resident status to the external ski instructors is also under consideration. Japan is planning to set high qualification for the instructors similar to the Switzerland’s International Ski Instructors Association; it has 10,700 active members with the association.

The Ski instructors to obtain the resident visa, in the present scenario, must have strong three years of experience and with the participation in the major events, it is almost impossible to attract the professionals with this kind of stringent norms.
The convention of the Japan’s Tourism raised concerns over the issue and described the hindrances that are not allowing reviving the skiing industry.
The Japan’s many ski Schools are for recruiting more number of foreign Ski instructors.
According to the official survey conducted by the tourism associations, the travelers coming from the United States, China, South Korea, and Australia are demanding for adventurous sports in the nation.
