PEI: 2019 Opening Draw In Expression Of Interest Conducted On Jan 17

Prince Edward Island has welcomed its opening batch of applicants of 2019 below the system of Expression of Interest P.E.I.

The draw conducted on Jan 17 observed 91 invites announced to Labour Impact, Business Impact and Express Entry candidates. Totally 61 invites announced to Express Entry and Labour Impact candidates, while the outstanding 30 invites given to Business Impact applicants.

Business applicants needed the least score of 120 points.

PEI closed its streams of Business Impact for 100% Ownership & Partial Ownership, which gave a direct path to Canada PR, in Sept 2018.

Beneath the stream of Work Permit, applicants must build their business in the PEI province prior to being nominated for Canadian permanent residence.

PEI Draw Details Conducted on Jan 17

It was the initial PEI draw of the year 2019. The PEI province attended 11 immigration draws in the year 2018, inviting a sum of 1,240 skilled worker applicants, and 206 below the stream of Business Impact. The least minimum points score so far for candidates of Business Impact is 117.
