30 May 2013

Immigration News

A double-digit salary for a graduate, especially if you are beginning your career, does sound appealing.

Dubai Airports is giving a good Dh16,000 salary per month besides medical insurance, education allowance for children and 36-calendar days leave per year with travel allowance.

These jobs are open under the Masaar Emarati Graduate Programme of the company. It is open to UAE nationals with only 0 - 1 years of experience for candidates in the age group of 21-26 years.

Interested candidates can apply on the company’s website. Besides the jobs open under the Masaar Emarati Graduate Programme, other jobs are also open to the public.

The company promises personal and professional growth to its employees.

“All Dubai Airports employees have an opportunity to develop their skills and aptitudes through a selection of training course as well as on-the-job coaching. Our dedicated Learning and Development team has developed and delivers top-notch leadership programmes including Taly, Qa’aed and Forsa, along with management development courses for less experienced but aspiring employees,” states the company website.

Furthermore, Dubai Airports encourages internal development and promotion by advertising new vacancies internally before recruiting externally. This gives the employees the opportunity to apply for internal positions that will assist in furthering their career.

Dubai Airports owns and manages the operation and development of Dubai International as well as Dubai World Central - Al Maktoum International.

Business is booming for the company. Dubai International has registered nine straight months of double-digit growth according to the monthly traffic report issued by operator Dubai Airports this month.

The world’s second busiest airport for international passenger traffic, Dubai International recorded 5,418,946 passengers in April, an increase of 18.7 per cent compared to 4,566,673 during the corresponding month in 2012. April was the fifth consecutive month with more than five million passengers passing through Dubai International. The year-to-date traffic increased by 16.3 per cent to 21,905,363 compared to 18,828,279 recorded in the first four months of 2012.
