Ontario's Express Entry Linked FSSW Stream Issued 1609 Invitations

The year 2018 was occupied for one for Ontario’s Express Entry-associated Stream of French Speaking Skilled Worker with 1,609 Notifications Of Interest or invitations have already been announced by this stream. In the recent round of invitations conducted on Dec 13, a sum of 13 invitations was announced by the Stream. It accompanies the 45 invitations announced in the Dec 6 draw. In Dec alone a sum of 58 invitations has been declared by the Stream of French Speaking Skilled Worker. Draws were carried beneath the stream nearly on a weekly basis, with 05 draws having conducted in Nov alone. A significant majority of NOI's declared in 2018 were by the 03 Express Entry-associated Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program streams (O.I.N.P).

The FSSW Stream, Skilled Trades stream and Human Capital Priorities stream are the 03 streams of O.I.N.P that are associated with the federal Express Entry. Express Entry applicants who obtain N.O.I from Ontario can appeal for provincial nomination in less than 45 days. Those who successfully appeal will receive 600 further scores of Comprehensive Ranking System (C.R.S) ensuring them an ITA for Canadian permanent residence from the federal government in the following Draw of Express Entry.

French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream

The Stream of French Speaking Skilled Worker grants O.I.N.P to select qualified French-speaking applicants with great English language abilities from the pool of federal Express Entry. But to be considered for selection, the applicant must be qualified for either the Canadian Experience Class or the Federal Skilled Worker Class and reach the provincial criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

• Enough language proficiency in all 04 components in both English or French and (C.L.B 7 in French Language and C.L.B 6 in the English Language)
• Work experience of minimum one year
• A Canadian Master’s, Bachelor’s or Ph.D. degree or equivalent
• Plan to live in Ontario, which needs to be shown by a statement
• Adequate funds to live in the Ontario province that must be sustained by bank statements
