Quebec premier Philppe Couilard has made announcement that Quebec plans to welcome more number of immigrants into the province through the economic classes. He has made the announcement that at 32nd annual Quebec Liberal Convention in Montreal, will be held on June 14,2015.
Quebec presently accepts nearly 50,000, new immigrants each year. As the province’s has much lower birth rate and it has increasing rate of retirement, couillard does believes that increasing immigration is very important in order to meet the requirements of labour needs of Quebec.
