Nomination: Applied nomination must be listed in the Occupation List
English: Must speak a good English
Character: You must be a good character, this will also be considered.
Skill Assessment: Before applying, you must be having your skill assessment from the Australian embassy.

No. Australia does not exercise a prejudiced immigration rule. Anybody from any country can apply to immigrate to Australia, in spite of his/her ethnic origin, gender, colour or religion. The White Australia Policy was got rid of in the 1950s and as then there have been thousands of immigrants from all over the world arriving in Australia to create it their home. Now Australia is a truly multicultural country welcoming immigrants from all corners of the world to add to the richness of their land.
