No Issues, by default all your visa information is stored on a central database so, when you make a plan to travel Australia staff members electronically confirms you that you have valid visa to make a trip to Australia.

For your information: The ETA visa expires so, you need to apply for new ETA provided you have acquired new passport.
If you have a legal visa linked with a terminated passport, you can travel carrying your old and new passports jointly and the airline will organize to have the details updated at time of check-in. If so, you have to check-in a little before to keep away from delays.

However, if you were issued a new passport because your previous passport was lost or stolen or is damaged such that it is illegible, it is preferable to give your new passport details to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection ahead to have the new passport details recorded next to your active visa to keep away from delays when travelling.

The passport details will be simplified within five working days. If you do not have time to do this in advance, you can immobile take a trip by holding your old and new passports jointly and the airline will organize to have the details updated at time of registration. If so, you have to check-in before to keep away from delays.
