I hope by now you doubts about Working in Australia will be cleared – Yes!! If you plan to work as you are in a vacation trip in Australia, then compulsory has to appeal for visa before you arrive there. Since, as employment is concerned the law in Australia is very strict and there will be additional or fine for a person who breaks the law. The above mentioned point is applicable to all types of workers (Full Time, Part Time, Voluntaries).

Certainly, but as per the regulations you are only allowed to work 20 hours/week.

If your Australian visa is expired, then it will be unlawful to stay in Australia. So, immediately you need to approach the Embassy Department right away to resolve your migration status.
