I would like to know information regarding Canada Family Sponsorship Visa? May I know who actually qualifies for Canada Immigration Visa under Family Sponsorship Visa?

For Canada Family Sponsorship Visa – You need to be citizen or PR of Canada, and for sponsorship you need to at least 18 years old, therefore you can sponsor assured relations to come to Canada. Your relations can reside, study and work in Canada if they turn out to be permanent residents.

Yes! If you are going with Family Class, with wife or with depended children aged over 18 then you be essential to submit an "Application for Permanent Residence" form. Aspirants who wish to reside in the Quebec region are required to fill an application for Quebec Certification of Nomination or Selection Form.

Below Are the Necessary Documents you are Need to Submit:

A Conduct certificate, ID Cards & Birth Certificates from a local police; and papers confirming the association to the supporter (for example marriage certificates, domestic register forms, legal passport and ID cards, and so on.).
