1.One can migrate as a spouse if he/she is wedded to their sponsor and the wedding is authoritatively legal.
2.If a person has married in Canada, they must give a marriage certificate issued by the county where the wedding took place.
3.If he/she has wedded outside Canada, then the marriage have to be valid in the law of the country where it happened and under Canadian law.
4.Marriages that happen in an embassy or consulate must be in unity with the law of the country where it took place, not the state of citizenship of the embassy or consulate.
