Candidates who are successful below the Quebec Immigration selection system are issued a Quebec Selection Certificate, at which point they may apply for a Canadian permanent resident visa.
To qualify for a Quebec Selection Certificate, Skilled Worker immigrants should score adequate points under the Quebec Immigration selection system below. Applicant should score no less than 49 points based on the criterion. A candidate with a wife or common-law partner must score as a minimum 57 points.
