When Will CIC Intimate Me To Take My Medical Exam?

Am applying for Sponsorship Visa, Today I received a mail from CIC saying that I need to submit necessary documents with in 90 days (from the day I receive mail from CIC).

Now, my query is how much time does it take to receive or I should wait until CIC inform me & my family to do Medical Test?

The visa will grant the holder the authority to spend a maximum of 3 months or 90 days up to 6 months within the Schengen region.
