The application for permanent residence (http://canadatips.com) includes the applicant, married partner or civil partner of the applicant and children of 16 years of age or older. Children at the age of 22 or over can be included as accompanying family members under peculiar cases.

Yes, Married partner or civil partner of the applicant and children of 16 years of age.
