f you have held a temporary residence permit for over four years, you can apply for a permanent residence permit. In order to be granted a permanent residence permit (http://settleindenmark.com/immigration/migrate-to-denmark/denmark-danish-green-card/18), you must obtain 100 points by meeting a number of requirements.
Please note: If you apply for a permanent residence permit, you must also fill in and submit an application for a temporary residence permit. Make sure to use the application form which fits your situation. An application for a permanent residence permit will only be processed if it is submitted together with an application for a temporary residence permit.

A big no, Yes!!! For Resident Permit and for RP extension application, you are required to pay fee while submitting application.

He can send you visa provided, his company should have openings for foreigners. In case, If you get qualified then chances are there you'll get a job visa.
