May I know!! Which Papers Are Essential To Show To Collect Passport At The Visa Centre?

For collecting your passport; an applicant must show his/her service agreement with the receipt of it, any other Identity proof is shown at Visa Centre.
If applicant is not available (he/she is not in the town or state) then his/her representative can also collect passport provided, they need to show receipt, spokesperson require showing or submitting passport copy with that receipt.
