We are also not sure about 21st Canada Express Entry Draw. However, as the draws happened more than once, probably the score also in peaks, we are expecting 21st Draw will be on 27th of November or 4th Dec 2015.

Expectation: The score for this draw will be nearby 450.

At present the general average days between draws are 14 days.  As a result Nov. 27 is more likely, however last two draws were 21 days apart, in which case we are looking at December 4.

As the holiday season is approaching so, it is not mandated that CIC must conduct the 21st draw. However, it has completed the minimum draw commitment.

Hello people.  I am new to this forum and I would like to give in my views as well.  First of all,  my crs score is 417. I received a pnp from ontario, but didn't go for it as I am positive about the scores dropping down.  Please correct me if I am wrong.  Venkatesh said,  since it is a festive season,  CIC might take it slow.  Do you think this a possibility when they have a target to meet? Not many have got ITA, and the Canadian government has to keep the ball rolling till they achieve their targets.

Couple of questions I have :

1) since I didn't accept the invitation from Ontario,  will I be invited for more programs in the future?
2) will the score come down to 400's before December?

Dear Phillip,
Yes as said by Venkatesh scores may come down but not up to 400 in near time, that is the reason applicants are looking out for provincial nominations which pave an easy route to get the additional 600 points. I don't understand why have you rejected the nomination from Ontario, when did you get the Nomination? check if you can still opt for the nomination. Once if you have rejected the nomination from one particular province it becomes very difficult to get the nomination from the same province, however this will not affect your application to other provinces.

Hello,  thanks for the response.  I got this invite on 29th October 2015.  But,  once you get into it,  they don't guarantee your application.  It's just a gamble.  It also involves a fee of $1500, which is about Rs. 80,000. I would have gone for it if it was a sure shot.

What if I remove my application from the draw and get back in as a new applicant.  Will this give me an invitation from Ontario again?

On the other hand,  will I get more nominations like this from other provinces?

Hi Philip,

No province will guarantee you nomination; however we have to try our hand on it. Please confirm from the province as usually if the nomination is not provided they will refund the amount.
Withdrawing your application is not a good idea as this may not get you nomination from Ontario again (however this is just a statement which is not proven till date) so recommended to accept the invitation from them and go ahead with submission of your application!!
Yes, you may get more nominations from other province but that is subjected to your eligibility with the province and your occupation being in demand in that province.
