An occupation offer upheld by a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) will give a candidate enough extra points to be welcome to apply the following qualified round of solicitations. Potential hopefuls who have a valid employment offer or commonplace/regional assignment when they finish their Express Entry profile won't have to enroll with Job Bank.

Yes!  the Temporary Foreign Worker is working in Canada, under a positive Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), the recruiter can provide him with a permanent job, to prop-up his appeal for permanent residence. It is fundamental that the TFW produces an Express Entry profile and fuses his work offer particulars. A job offer appropriately sponsored by an LMIA will offer a hopeful with sufficient additional points and be situated sufficiently high to be sent a welcome to put forward an application, at the coming qualified draw of immigrants.

Not so much. Yet, to get points for your training under the Comprehensive Ranking System, you should either:

have been instructed in Canada, or have a substantial Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for your finished outside training.

You might require an ECA to meet the prerequisites of one of the projects incorporated into Express Entry. For example , the Government Skilled Worker Program obliges you to have an ECA.
