what is the procedure to get into canada express entry pool and how many points required to get ITA for Canada

The Citizenship and Immigration Canada has introduced an Express Entry system for skilled professionals and tradesperson who would like to migrate to Canada as permanent resident.

Express Entry system is an electronic management system that manages applications under federal economic immigration program such as:

Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
A portion of Provincial nomination programs

Express Entry candidates will need to register with Job Bank if they do not already have a Canadian job offer or a provincial/territorial nomination.

Any predictions for 39th Express entry draw, can we expect less CRS(comprehensive ranking system) score for the future draw, or it will increase

Why is the score increasing again ? 39th draw is 488. Any chances for it to decrease ?
