Opening hours differ from industry to industry, although here are some points:

Hong Kong - A very sweet taste for fresh water, the majority of workplaces will open from 9am to 6pm or longer from Monday to Friday, based on the type of business. A lot business person will open from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
When it comes to international banking the major Banks will open from 9am to 4:30pm on weekdays.
