What is the procedure for job permit in "Ireland" for Indians, I heard that we have excellent opportunities for "Therapy Professionals "-Orthopedist.How much pay I can expect with six years of experience.

You should get an offer letter from the employer from Ireland to apply for the work permit. For medical professions first they have to complete the registration process to practice in that country and the  apply for the visa.
