How many types of RWR cards are there?

•   Very highly qualified workers
•   Skilled workers in shortage professions
•   Other key workers
•   Graduates of universities and colleges of higher education in Austria

RWR Card: entitles to residence and employment only with a certain employer
RWR Card plus: entitles to residence and unlimited labour market access

If you hold Red-White-Red Card plus it gives you rights to enter third party country to fixed-term agreement and unrestricted labour market access.
Who Is Qualified For A Red-White-Red Card Plus?
Renovation of the Red-White-Red Card :-  Possessors of a Red-White-Red Card, if they were working in congruence with the needs essential for accepting the RWR Card for at least 10 months within the foregoing 12 months.
Proprietors of an EU Blue Card, if they were working in congruency with the needs decisive for accepting the EU Blue Card for as a minimum 21 months within the foregoing 24 months.

Family Members

•   Family members of Red-White-Red Card proprietors or EU Blue Card holders
•   Family members of foreign citizens everlastingly settled in Austria

The following persons are accepted family members:

Spouses

•   Subscribed similar-sex associates
•   Minor bachelor children, as well as adoptive and stepchildren.
•   At the time of request, wife’s and registered partners have to be as a minimum 21 years of age.
