Title: Indian citizen in the US on H1-B applying UK Tier1 Gen Dependent visa from USA

Hi,

I am holding UK Tier-1 General Visa and currently staying in London. My husband and myself are Indian citizens holding Indian Passport. My husband is holding US H-1 B visa and currently working in New York, USA.

I am planning to apply for UK Tier-1 General dependent Visa for my husband to join me here in the UK.

My question is:

                        Should my husband need to goto India for applying UK Tier-1 General dependent Visa and appear for biometric or He can do that from New York by visiting local VFS office in New York. 

Kindly Clarify.

Your husband can apply from US itself, he does n’t need to come to India for application. for more information visit opulentus (http://opulentuz.com)
