Canada PR can be Applied Under Federal Skilled Worker Program which follows the procedure of Express Entry Program.

- You should get minimum of 67 points to be get qualified Under certail criteria like Age,Education,Language,Work Experience Etc.

- Your Occupation should be listed in Country's NOC (National Occupation List). Where the country is facing shortage on particular occupation need the people to fill outside the Country.

- After Receving Invitation from Express Entry Draw Embassy has ketp time line of 6 months for Visa Decision.

Process of Getting Australia PR

- Good Qualification

- Skilled and Experience as per the Demand in Australia

- Language proficency

- He/she should be below 50 years

- Health and Character Certification.

if you are good at above specifications you will score high on above skill select.

In order to learn more you need to go on Demand Occupations in Australia, Accordingly select the occuptions to apply in Skill Select.

- you need to submit EOI (Express of Interest)

You can switch from a Tier 4 student visa to a Tier 2 work permit but you must be qualify under the requirements. Your education should be completed at Tier 4 Sponsor Licenced institution. You must have eligible.
