You have to wait until UK embassy sends you instruction guidelines for applying new visa, for your kind information there will not be any refund for denied application.

Contacting embassy directly is not possible, if you have applied through Visa Advisor can contact consulate provided, your UK Student Visa applied within 6 week of time frame.

Can A Student Still Stay In UK After Visa Being Expired?

If a student entered UK for a Short Term purposes (Doing Course, Internship) then she/he are permitted to leave one week before the course or one week after the course.
