Certainly, for the majority of candidates; there are merely a small number of omissions to the interview prerequisite. The following applicants in general do not have to come into in person:

   Aspirants who are renovating their visa perhaps qualified for the Interview Waiver Program.
   Aspirants for A1, A2, C2, C3 or G1, G2, G3, G4
   Kids below the age of 14 years of age at the date of the first visa interview in the Consulate if each of the parents have a suitable non-immigrant visa.
   Aspirants more than 80.
