A Conditional Green Card is granted to the recipient if the recipient is the wife of the U.S. citizen Sponsor and the marriage happen less than 2 years ahead of the recipient is accepted as a U.S. permanent occupant. Both spouses require to equally petitioning to remove the stipulation within 90 days earlier than the next anniversary of the recipient's admission as an enduring resident. Failure to do so will result in the closing of the recipient's provisional permanent residence.
