The territorial department for ECE (Education, Culture and Employment) has dedicated to increase the count of employer driven applications under the NTNP (Northwest Territories Nominee Program) by 25% every year during five years, commencing in 2014.

The number of granted nominee applications augmented to over 50% in 2014 when compared to the previous year, which translates to 48 issued applicants in addition to 62 dependents, making a total count to 110 approved individuals under NTNP in the previous year. The territory is likely to exceed its goal again in 2015.
