Ontario Reintroduces Immigration Act To Boost Economic Benefits Of Immigration

Ontario - a leading province of Canada, is planning  to reestablish its first immigration act, which would help the province in working with Ottawa, Canada’s capital, to boost the economic assets of immigration.

Through this move, immigrants assist in strengthening the economy by leveraging networks as well as building new international connections, which would maintain Ontario’s competitiveness in global market.

The proposed immigration act would ease Ontario's task with the government in recruiting, selecting and admitting skilled immigrants. It also helps in strengthening the province's constant efforts in minimizing scams by shielding the honesty of immigrant selection program and progress accountability.

The new act also increases transparency as well as information-sharing with Ontario's immigration partners.

Ontario is also going to revamp the Provincial Nominee Program in order to react to the government's hopes in raising the allotment of economic immigrants.
