For First Time On Jobs Report, Dow Tops 15,000

The Industrial Average of Dow Jones rose above 15,000. This is the first time on Friday consecutive a solid US jobs report.

At 1429 GMT, the Dow reached 15,000.54, up 1.17 % or 173.96. The increase followed a US Labor Department report which showed the economy of US an added 165,000 jobs in April, this is well above market expectations.
