From Next Month, Australian Visas Would Be Issued Electronically

The labels for Australian Visas would cease to be issued from the beginning of the next month in a move which is designed to streamline visa processing and it encourages the digital service use.

According to DIBP, the Department of immigration and Border protection, the practice to get visa label are often resulted in an unnecessary expenses as well as delays and it would result in inconvenience for the stakeholders and clients.

By offering these services digitally, it is an economical, efficient and also they offer sustainable solution. The spokesman has also added that, department has always been very keen to embrace the new technologies and it has already issues and it does records all visas electronically.

Hence from 1^st September, the visa holders would no longer be able to request as well as pay for the visa label and they are required to access their visa record through the VEVO system.

The spokesman added that, if the individual has been issued with new passport since your Australian visa has been granted, you should notify passport details in order to ensure your records are up to date.

The VEVO is the primary online Visa checking tool which is mostly used by the Australian 3^rd parties. With permission, the registered VEVO organization does include the employers, labour hire companies, traffic authorities, banks, education institution and other organizations to check the visa details online with the help of VEVO, added the spokesman.

The individuals are granted and hold the Australian visa in order to enter or stay in Australia unless the individual is an Australian citizen. The Australian visa holder must travel to, enter or stay in Australia using their electronic visas. While travelling, using the electronic visa they are widely accepted.
