What is the Eligibility Criteria of EU Blue Card for Germany Immigration, May I know the benefits of EU Blue Card, process flow chart.

Eligibility:

You must be a Non- EU national
Masters educational degree
5 years of work experience
You must have a valid employment contract with a gross annual compensation of at least 47600 Euros / Per Annum


Benefits:


Same working and salary conditions as the country nationals
Right to socio-economic rights
Perfect for family reunification
Freedom to associate

No work-related groups are excluded providing the conditions for getting an EU Blue Card are met. But, the services have to be proportionate with the qualification.

To know your eligibility criteria you required to go to official website of your visa processing, go to Travel and select the Country and Type of Visa Travel Document.

No, So far there is no such regulation passed, re-applying for new e-visa is the best option.

You can Apply and get e-visa any time, no need to stand in crowd for applying visa at visa offices.
