A 43 year old New Prime Minister of Canada swore-in on November to change the present and future of Canada. He was looked down upon two years back and was mocked by saying ‘Just Not Ready’. Justin Trudeau son of late ex- Prime Minister of Canada Pierre Trudeau is just like his father; The most glamorous Prime Minister of Canada.

Justin has proved George W. Bush memorable term ‘misunderestimated’ so well. His upbeat campaigning led to the sorry defeat of New Democratic Party and the ‘ruling’ Conservative Party. Trudeau honors openness and transparency. He welcomes his citizens by plunging into the crowds and takes ‘selfies’ with them. He surprises his citizens even at G20 meetings and conveys message of affection not just with public even with his wife and children.

Justin Trudeau is not only charismatic and has style but has changed the immigration strategy and in his cabinet which are up as a milestone. People celebrate his achievements and agree to his ‘requirement meets needs’ strategy. There are some remarkable changes brought in by this ‘SMART’ Canadian Prime Minister which are as follows:

•   He gave Canada it first equally balanced diverse Cabinet. It reflects the idea of gender equality with 15 /15 men and women and also which looks like Canada itself.
•   He promised the citizens that he will be working hard along with the citizens and make a better future.
•   Cabinet of Trudeau will govern their files on their own. No direct involvement of PM’s office will be required.
•   Immigration systems became too moderate and the intake became more.
•   Visa requirement for Mexican travel to Canada was uplifted
•   Application process time reduced for family class immigration.
•   Easier for international students to become Canadians. Canadian Experience Class Program will be introduced to remove    barriers for international students.
•   Increasing the dependent age from 19 to 22. Making it easier for immigrants bringing in their older children.

Justin Trudeau’s government has made it very simple to survive in Canada. Immigrants and natives can live up with peace and harmony. Canada is on a way to prosper with every step and liberals are standing up cautiously on every step they are taking.
