96 Indians Have Got Green Card Through EB-5 Visa

For exchange of investments in US projects, for foreigners, few portion of visa program EB-5 to expedite the green cards.  It would expire this month on 30th and at the same time critics are also arguing that this provision should let go.

Congress made implementation of the EB-5 program as part of the immigration policy in the year 1990.

Earlier this visa was for direct investors and those who have spent about $1 million and have created nearing to 10 jobs. We also find different provisions are allowed for people who desire to make an investment in high employment areas or rural areas to spend about $500,000.

 We find the application were sluggish and hence in the year 1992. And  Congress has decided to grant permission for private entities to apply for centers regional that pool investor's money of foreigners.

 According to Atlantic, the centers regional have created great controversy for program Eb-5.

Presently 95% of EB-5 visas are granted inorder to help center programs regional than the usage of direct jobs.
