Alberta Decreases The Number Of Professions In The List Of Refusal To LMIA

The Alberta Government has slashed the number of professions regarded unsuitable for the Program OF Temporary Foreign Worker to 24 professions.
The list OF Refusal to Process is authorized and managed by the Alberta Labour and Employment and Social Development Canada to assure that organizations seek talented workers regionally before attempting workers in Canada outside.
Canada set the Service of Employer Liaison to support Alberta employers obtain workers locally to satisfy occupations which are in-demand.
The list of Refusal to Process supports both the governments of provincial and federal to assure the province’s regional skilled workforce grows.
The Alberta Department of Labour will contact any employer trying to hire international workers through the
Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) for the subsequent occupations and balanced with talented workers in Alberta.
