Alberta Gives Safe Hand To Migrant Workers Displaced Due To Fire

The major fire broke out in the Canada’s Alberta province forcing the 80 000 migrant workers to leave the Fort McMurray. Alberta is the rich with the oil resources and numerous workers from the international locations on temporary skilled visas and it is one of the top provinces that attracted the highest number of qualified professionals through the Canada Express Entry Scheme in 2015.

The Alberta Province has made an announcement that the displaced migrant workers of the fire crisis can maintain the eligibility and additional one year will be given whose application is in the processing stage. The Province urged the displaced migrants to update their information at the AINP. According to the official information from the sources:

•     The prospective applicants unemployed due to fire can maintain the eligibility for one year. If you have found any employer, with all the streamlined immigration process, your application will be treated through the same procedure.
•     If you received a nomination you would be given an opportunity to find a new employer; you are expected to update the status of employment to the immigration.

The above information was disseminated through several media tools to the applicants of temporary visas.

The Northern Alberta is an oil-rich resource province of Canada, suddenly last week the major fire incident in the forest region due to the dry conditions and high temperature. The many temporary workers who are displaced by the crisis will have an opportunity to maintain their eligibility.

The workers who come to Alberta after obtaining the ability they become permanent residents. The foreign workers who become eligible for the AINP program can become Permanent Residents of Canada.
