Australia Government is planning to create a jobs website which would make easier for people to find work in resources sector.

"What we are doing here is using our networks combined with Seek's skills at setting up the back office IT to make sure that you get a critical mass, that you go to one place and get information about as many jobs as possible,"

“Some people had tried to get a foot in the door in the resources sector but been frustrated when trying to contact companies”

The new federal government website has more than 6000 jobs listed as of now.
