Skill shortages are emerging in the Australian job market with 15% of the employers are reporting that they have recently been experiencing difficulty in filling the positions and many would have to look abroad.
It means that they are looking to move to Australia in occupations where skills are essential such as accountancy, finance, Engineering , technical and sales as well as marketing. These individuals may get sponsored for the visa, according to the 2015 Hays salary Guide.
Around 62% employers belonging to Australia consider to employ or sponsor qualified expat or overseas candidate in the skill shortage areas. These employers are facing tight labour market, especially for high skilled professional in high skill industries.
