The recessionary trends in the last 5 years have dampened real estate in the first world, but countries such as South Africa have shown totally opposite trends.  Besides, the current situation in which South African rand is weakening gives more value for the money one is going to invest. Another factor that will go in favor of investment in real estate in this part of the world is Cape Town is emerging as best city for the growth of the building and construction sector. Not only that Cape Town is virtual gateway, one way or the other, to the entire Continent.

Construction in countries such as USA, Spain and Ireland has taken a hit, so investors in real estate can forget about Euro zone altogether and consider luxury apartments and big infrastructure projects in South Africa in particular and Africa in general.

The recommendation for investment is being made by noted architects, Kritzinger Architects, who have already built buildings in the complex of Cape Town international airport. The Kritzingers are actually a couple who have full work on their hands and see possibilities of investments for Euro investors.  They say conditions are ripe for better yields for South African construction investments.

Not only that the Kritzinger couple are willing to draw up a virtual blueprint for overseas investors in their African projects.
