Canada 56th Express Entry Draw

Canada is surprising entire world with their recent Express Entry draws. Many have anticipated that the CRS score will never come down below 450 as that was the least from the inception of Express Entry, but in the month of February everyone have seen the unexpected when Canada have picked their applicants with the score of 447 and then followed 441 and the recent draw have seen the least score ever with 434.

For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on March 1, 2017 and ending on March 2, 2017 is 3,884.

Foreign nationals who, on March 1, 2017 at 13:32:31 UTC, have been assigned a total of 434 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
