Hence, the Program of Provincial Nominee allocation will also improve, to 71,300 in 2021. It marks an increment of higher than 10,000 immigrants within 2019 and 2021 for the Provincial Nominee Programs.

Family Class

The Family Class will notice the least increases. In the year 2019, the levels plan enables for 88,500 immigrants in the Family Class, related to 86,000 below the 2018 plan. It will rise to 91,000 in 2020, and continue the same in 2021.

Refugees and Protected Persons

Staged progress will also result in the Protected Persons and Refugees class, from 46,450 in the year 2019 to 51,700 in the year 2021.
